The Situation

A customer had just bought a new Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo and lived on a new-build estate — the only house on the estate without an EV charger. He’d spent six months in a dispute with the developer trying to get it resolved before calling us directly.

What We Did

Supplied, fitted, and commissioned an EV charger within 48 hours of the initial call.

The Result

Problem solved fast, after six months of getting nowhere with the developer. The job has since led to two further referrals from the same customer. He’s also told us the switch to EV driving is saving him in the region of £600 a month compared to his previous diesel vehicle — his own estimate, based on his driving and previous fuel costs, rather than a figure we’ve independently verified.
