The Situation

A customer had completed a loft conversion with a single Velux window. Despite being insulated to building regulations standard, the room still retained significant summer heat and had no heating source at all for winter.

What We Did

Installed a Panasonic RAC Solo 2.5kW air conditioning unit — a system that also produces heat, is app-controlled, and has no external fan, keeping the installation discreet.

The Result

One unit solved three separate problems at once — summer cooling, winter heating, and a discreet installation that didn’t compromise the room’s finish.
